MILLBURN, NJ — The following is the Millburn Police Section Blotter from Jan. 23 to Jan. 28:

On January 22, 2020 Millburn Police Officer Nacim responded to Abercrombie at The Shopping mall at Limited Hills on a theft report. Abercrombie personnel reported that 2 black ladies, 1 putting on black puffy jacket and black sweatpants, concealed several bottles of men’s cologne, valued at $2436.00 and remaining the keep with no building payment. The incident is less than investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On January 23, 2020 Millburn Police Officer Hunt responded to Bloomingdales at The Shopping mall at Limited Hills on a fraud report. Bloomingdales personnel reported that a black male discovered as Christ Theodore, age 29 of East Meadow, NY, purchased 2 Canadian Goose jackets for $1550.00 applying a stolen credit history card. An unknown woman with Theodore tried to purchase two further jackets but the transaction was declined. The woman remaining the keep abruptly and Theodore was positioned less than arrest and charged with theft by deception and credit history card fraud prior to being unveiled on a summons.  The incident in less than investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On January 23, 2020 Millburn Police Officer Smeraldo responded to Fendi at the Shopping mall at Limited Hills, report of a shoplifting. Fendi personnel reported that 3 black ladies, 1 putting on a environmentally friendly jacket and sunglasses and 1 putting on a gray scarf with shorter hair, and 1 with a light environmentally friendly jacket and TJMAXX bag, concealed two Fendi handbags, value $7790.00 and remaining the keep with no building payment. This incident is less than investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On January 24, 2020, Millburn Police Officers responded to a Sylvan Way home on a report of a theft.  Resident reported that involving 6:40pm and ten:00pm, not known persons smashed their rear sliding glass door, entered the home and stole about $1300.00 in foreign forex.  This incident is less than investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.   

On January twenty five, 2020 Millburn Police Officer Royce stopped a 2015 Nissan Altima on Rte. 24 E/Hobart Gap for a violation of tinted front windows and a suspended driver’s license. The investigation led to the arrest of 27-yr-previous Rajohn Wilson of Newark, NJ for possession of a managed dangerous material (cannabis). Mr. Wilson was issued a summons and unveiled.

On January twenty five, 2020 Millburn Police Officer Kelly responded to Bloomingdales as the Shopping mall at Limited Hills on a report of a theft. Bloomingdales personnel reported that a hispanic or black male, putting on a purple baseball cap, black leather jacket, black trousers with stripes and beige sneakers, concealed 2 handbags and 2 baseball caps, total value $1940.00 and remaining the keep with no building payment.   The incident is less than investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On January 27, 2020 Millburn Police Officer Royce stopped a 2010 Honda Civic on Rt 24 W/Summit Ave for a violation of tinted front windows. The investigation led to the arrest of 24-yr-previous Tanajfwa Swiney of Newark, NJ for possession of a managed dangerous material (cannabis) and an fantastic warrant out of Orange, NJ. Ms. Swiney was issued a summons and unveiled.

 These are accusations. All defendants are presumed harmless except if and until they enter a guilty plea or are found guilty in a court docket of legislation.
